Acer Desktop Restore
I have a desktop computer acer inspire. My DVD / CD-ROM is not working. He does not recognize any of my records
I have an acer inspire, not even a year. age. I tried system restore, updates and everything else. When I put a disc in, the light flashes a few times and then just cut. He does not recognize disks around When I got to my computer does not show that there is a disk inside. When I go to my device manager says it is working properly. Someone plz help me, I'm really getting frustrated I'm running Vista so I do not know I had seen since I started the computer, it came with it, it used to work, and when I went to see the manufacturer, it just says that standard CD ROM?
Update the driver DVD-ROM to the latest so that it works in Windows Vista. Just found that the company made its ROM, and then go to the site, go to the product support and download the driver for your product. (Everything must be explained in your product)
