Why can not I change my desktop in my Windows 7?
I have a netbook and Acer has Windows 7, and I can not change the desktop background. Why? What can I do to change it?
Windows Starter Edition (installed first in netbooks) has the Aero interface, to save battery power, not working the graphics processor. You can download http://www.stardock.com/ tools that allow you to change your wallpaper.
