My Dell desktop wont load OS or BIOS?

He simply does not load anything. It does not beep, it does not light blue. There is a residual power to the computer, because it starts the fan, and the button is amber. occasionally it will turn blue and still will not start, and it goes through cycles of energy too. after it starts, finally, will start to make a repair system, which only leads me back to a safe spot. Give me a message saying something as a system can not load last check point c5 contact Dell support. I tried this, but this pc im not to upload your chat. this is annoying, does anyone know what is happening?

can be 3 things. 1. processor / ram / heatsink may be lost and has a good connection. 2. you could have dead ram / Cpu motherboard /. 3. you could have a defective power supply. correct. 1. everything reset, test. If the problems appear. you probably have some dead hardware. 2. Test each stick of ram each. could be mother / CPU. hard to say. 3. supply is unlikely due to the fact that they come to call a few times. too is based on the fact that you can not load the operating system behind a certain point, I'm thinking it's mother, probably due to the fact that the disc does not will load. and you get partial removal behavior off it. I call Dell and tell them you have a dead motherboard.
