Dell Desktop Blue Screen
MAIN PROBLEMS OF YOUR COMPUTER DELL – blue screens, etc.?
I bought my new E520 from Dell desktop with Windows Vista 32-bit 4 months ago. He was right in beginning, but now it is showing this blue screen with white letters every time I turn off the computer. The code is 0x0000008E and some other codes that follow. I heard about the BIOS update, but I'm not sure what to do. Average performance of the computer is 3.2 (processor: 5.1 memory: 5.5 graphics: 3.7, gaming graphics: 3.2-well below the average, primary hard disk: 5.4). I think the graphics are causing some problems, but I really I have no idea what to do or what programs to install. Please help! I'm really afraid that the computer may crash.
