Why does Dell suck so bad?
Why is that if you buy a Dell desktop, if something goes wrong with it (as a power supply) Dell makes their cases so that only their own power supplies that fit their systems and you end up having to pay an arm and a leg for a replacement, when every company makes your PC other cases, so that any universal power supply would fit their systems. I admit that I like despite their laptops. Their desktops, and its customer service is what sucks.
You get a free replacement if its under warranty. If its not under warranty to get the parts you need eBay. Ive never had any problem with Dells customer service.
