What's wrong with my computer to play?
I recently received a dell desktop from my father that I purchased specifically for games. I have been playing WoW on it still think it's very blocklike, not detailed, and that is. Even when I put it in smaller settings there is still a gap. It is boring. I finally want to build my computer to avoid this situation. My DirectX Diagnostic shows: System Model: OptiPlex GX270 Processor: Intel Pentium 4CPU 2.4GHz Memory: 1543 MB RAM DirectX 9.0c Video Card Driver: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 please tell me how I can fix this problem with the upgrade or replacement of any items.
Well with a little research I've done it seems you may be able to update the card's PCI slot whats (thats bottlenecking you), for an AGP card if your mainboard. If you can give me the model number of the motherboard that I can do some more reasearch for you.
