Dell Desktop Hibernate

How do I add Hibernate as one of my shutdown options on my Dell Desktop (Windows Vista)?
Right click on the desktop> click "Propertiles"> Click on "Screen Saver" tab> click "Power …" > Click "Advanced". Look down at "When I press the power button on my computer."
