Dell Desktop Keeps Rebooting

BThomehub plzzzzzzzzzz help !!!!?

I have the bthomehub and recently had problems with it. I called BT, which are useless I keep out all out of them is there a problem with my wireless on my Dell laptop. If I click on the green icons to see wireless networks I lose my internet connection and have to do a system restore to get it back? Plus keeps falling signal strength. It all started when my desktop froze on me and I turned off the switch restarted the desktop no problem but when I tried the laptop that had lost its connection to the Internet. If I connect the yellow cable from the laptop homehub to get out, but when I click on the green icon to view the wireless networks I lose my connection. Should i reset my homehub and if so how I do it? Sorry I'm not an aficionado pc only a novice any help would be appreciated ………….. thanks

The same happened with me until I reset the home hub. Look at the back of the cube where the wires connect and you will see a reset button. After resetting, you will have to re-install your hub like the first time. It worked for me good luck ….
