Dell Desktop Packages
I can not download Yahoo Messenger to my Dell desktop (with Windows Vista). WHY? HELP PLEASE!?
I have a Dell Inspiron 531 Desktop with Windows Vista Home Premium package that is only 8 months old. I tried to download all possible versions of Yahoo Messenger and have been unsuccessful. I have 56k dialup. Is there anything I can do to help, because technical support is useless. I tried downloading all possible versions of Y! Messenger for Windows Vista and I spend through all the steps to install and ot goes for about 10 minutes (I have 56k dial-up) and then it says "Installation failed", and restart the computer and try again. I have done this numerous times and no luck. If someone has something to say, do it, I really want Yahoo Messenger.
You can not download or not able to install Y! messenger? If you are not able to install, then it means that you have already installed it and you will not be aware of this and new that you were trying to install did not have any updates to the messenger. If you are not able to download, then that must be something with the internet or where you are downloading.
