PSU upgrade on Dell Vostro 200 Desktop?

It is upgradeable PSU on a Dell Vostro 200 Desktop? I'm more concerned with the size and the connectors to the motherboard. I want to run a GeForce 8800GTS and I do not think the standard 250w psu can handle it. I was thinking of putting in a Seasonic 650W psu. Thanks to all who can answer that.
