Old Dell Desktop and 3 units?
I have an old desktop and would like to put 3 units of the same (using FreeNAS with RAID). She has only 2 points for drives … I can put a third drive internally? Thanks for your help!
Generally, yes. If you are willing, and there is space, you can modify your case to add a lot of third unit, or you can electrically tape somewhere inside the case. It will be safer because the drives are magnetically shielded.
