Dell Desktop Safe Mode

How do I connect to my Dell desktop?
When I turn on my computer and press F8 to start my computer in Safe Mode, I am prompted to enter password security. I do not remember the security password and I can not get on my desktop anymore. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance!
When you start your press F2 when the computer first thing that shows on your screen. It will take you into your BIOS setup. You can disable the password there. Why are you starting in safe mode?
