ok I found the backup disks and im not sure what a 4 to use.sorry that i hav to repost this. Hav a desktop Dell w / Windows XP has proffesional.also Norton & Spy Sweeper child internet. i login and after a few seconds it gives me a blue screen and reads: STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error) The Windows Logon Process system Process unexpectedly with a status of (0×00000000 0×00000000) the system was turned off. What should I do to reverse this situation and keep all my stuff? Safe mode or Norton GoBack does not work or … can u help? leave a comment / reply if u need more information.
Hi dear, try to repair Windows by your Dell Windows cd's (Operating System) boot up ur PC with the CD … it will ask "Press any key to boot from CD …" press enter ….
