I have a Dell Inspiron 5315 SLIM. I also have Windows Vista Premium. I want to know what the best TV tuner for my computer and I want to connect things like my Xbox 360 or something. I also want to be able to record DirecTV if you can. Too if I could, like a cockroach that still has good quality.
