In this article, we will be reviewing the two most popular desktop models from Apple, or 21.5-inch Apple iMac MB950LL / A and the Apple iMac MB952LL / A Desktop (27-inch). We love MB950LL / A for its mass appeal (it's one of the cheaper models) and are extremely taken by the MB952LL / A for your big screen and powerful glasses. So far, all revisions iMac (on the new iMac desktop) that I encountered was extremely positive.
First of all, these two models are the most recent generation of iMac desktops. Almost all of Apple desktop has undergone a major overhaul last year (2009) and now they come with specifications updated with many new features. For example, the iMac now comes with a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse (the new Magic Mouse). Both these models come with a blazing 3.06Ghz dual core processor and 4GB of RAM (DDR3 RAM is expandable up to 16GB!).
The MB950LL / A has a 21.5-inch full-display HD (1920 x 1080). It has 500GB of storage and comes with a NVIDIA GeForce 9400M. Some of its other features include Bluetooth 2.1, a card slot SD, Built-in stereo 17-watt, one FireWire 800 port and 4 USB ports.
The MB952LL / A, on the other side also has the same characteristics, except for a disk drive larger, larger screen and a more powerful graphics processor. It has 1 TB of storage and comes with the ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics processor. To show that has a "beyond HD display. The screen has a resolution of 2560 x 1440, which is larger than most HDTVs. The huge 27 inch screen alone is enough to convince many to obtain one of these. In a review iMac that I have read, the guru of technology cited MB952LL / A to be the mother of all desktops and I could not agree more with him. If you have a little extra money to spend, the Apple iMac MB952LL / A and MB950LL / A secretary will be worth every penny!
