How to make a desktop capable of receiving wireless Internet in a city free wireless?
My parents live in a city area free wireless Internet and have a Dell desktop that runs Windows XP. How do I configure them to receive the wireless signal for internet? Currently they are not linked to any connection wired or wireless and has a wireless card installed. The computer has an internal modem.
