How to add RAM to my Gateway computer.?
Ok, so I discovered that my computer is a Gateway 310 Series (DDR PC2700) Desktop / PC. According to crucial.com, I have two slots available to put in more RAM. I currently have a 256 MB RAM on one and nothing in another. If possible, I withdraw to 256 MB, and instead insert 2, 1G RAM sticks? If I can, as I install it. Crucial says that I can enter 2, 1G stick, but I was still wondering how to do this. In , I wanted to know how much this upgrade (256 RAM 2G RAM) would increase my efficiency in computer online games like WoW.
