Which computer is a better buy for my computing needs?

I can not decide which of these two computers that best suit my needs. I am pretty heavy use Photoshop, on Pogo games, watching my DVDs on my computer, editing audio / video (making music videos fan), construction sites, and play games – most games Nancy Drew PC that is (and as long as they upgrade their engine I am forced to upgrade my computer). My cons in general: I hate to have a small unit. Currently I have a Compaq with a 80GB drive with 512 MB of memory (which is about 7-8 years old). Slow as hell! And I do not like Windows Vista. I prefer XP. I have the emachine has 1GB of memory, 160GB hard drive DVD + /-RW and has Windows XP Home, you can watch movies, download music, manage finances, surf the internet, burn cd's and dvd's, and has a one year warrenty it. I got it at Wal-Mart for $ 298 and it works fine, it does not come with a monitor, but I had a quiet run and has a beautiful design. The best part is that they overlook it and comes with recovery CD, along with Office 2007, games like golf emachine polar and coconut, and a 60 days trial norton internet security your computer the best I've ever had!
