Windows Vista is not working?
My computer with Windows Vista (Gateway DX edition) has not been working lately. When I activate it using my admin account, after I try to open a program, for example, iTunes takes me to a blue screen of death. I turned all programs at startup except for Windows programs with a command prompt. I also turned off automatic restart on system failure. When I use my guest account, it works well. But I can not access any of my files on my administrator account. I tried a system restore, but it did not work. I also tried make a new administrator account, and the same thing happens to him. I have no idea what to do and I need this computer because my other one broke about a week ago and I'm afraid that this computer I am now also going to break.
If the guest account works fine, but the administrator account messes up, it usually means that there is something wrong with the administrator account or something wrong with something that the administrator account can access a guest account not
