Gateway Fx Factory Restore

I need help to restore my computer to its original factory.

I use Windows Vista, and I recently tried to restore my machine due an error of the type that Microsoft helped me with. My machine was acting as if frozen in the middle of the installation of some programs, then I restarted the machine and found that it does not start with the installation of programs, and instead Vista start normally without the software! Many of the programs that I need a couple of days and not have time to buy / download them all, so I just want to restore it again during the night. I remember using a program called "Restore Manager" (I think) and would like to activate the program again. I use a Gateway FX laptop that I bought in March. I'm no genius when it comes to computers, so leave instructions on how to enable the Restore Manager for a detailed and understandable. THanks!

With Vista, you must have achieved a reboot disco, pop and, to let him clean up everything and reinstall everything … Or, you can start Windows in Safe Mode. =)
