Gateway Fx7026 Problems

Formatting the Windows Vista?

I have formatted several XP systems before without a problem. Can someone please help me with this reformatting comp. It is Gateway FX7026 Quad Core Q9300 Windows Vista 64-bit Home Premium SP1 NVIDIA GE Force 8800GT Factory Overclocked Super Multi-Format DVD + RW DL 4G DDR2 640GB (2 x 320GB) Ok, I made the recovery discs on the day I bought the comp. It also came with 1 Disk Operating System (Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit/32-Bit with SP1) When I put the disc recovery and restart it just goes straight to Vista. He does not give me an option to run from the CD. When I use F10 and try to boot from the CD it still does not work. I went to the bios and made sure it was booting from the CD. This time, he went to boot Windows, but said that no boot device found re – CD and press any key … result that kept making more and more even ..
