Open Sony Vaio Desktop Case

Why does my computer drives NOT OPEN?

I have a desktop Sony Vaio VGN-Rb53 and I have two DVD burners double layer, one is the one that came with it, a Sony, does not open when I press the eject button next to it seems to get stuck, I have to press it as a special form theeen seems to open my one has been the only which opened whenever R iwanted for now I have to do the same thing, I have to press the eject button on the side a little more difficult, and sometimes you can hear it want to open, but it seems to get stuck, I have to try a few times before it actually opens (even going to pop on my computer wont open the drives that you can hear them getting stuck) there a way I can fix this problem? i am assuming that is the Sony Vaio no case where the eject buttons are place (next to) more than the DVD burners right? ? ? Any help appreciated

Two other ways to open – the holder of the cup of coffee. 1. Use a paper clip and insert it into the small hole. This works when there is energy. 2. Open My Computer and right click on the drive letter for your optical drive and click the eject button.
