How can I find the model of PC do I have? In fact I can see that my isSONY desktop, but not the model that is?

Because I want some fdownload audio sound driver for this pc, but on the official SONY, I should enter my model PC. example VAIO Desktop (category) model PCV-LX, (model) PCV-LX2. In , for example, I know exactly SONY, and how can I find this desktop model is SONY>? Any software that can find it?
