why does my computer restart when I try to play certain games?
My computer restarts when I try to play AOE 3 and Warcraft 3.
The requirements for AOE are as follows:
Windows XP, 1.4GHz,2 GB hard drive, video card with 64MD with support for hardware transformation and lighting.
My computer is a Sony Vaio desktop from 2002 with XP. It hs a Pentium 4, 3.20 GHz, and 512MB of Ram and plenty of free space (over 20 GB available on my D drive). I have a Radeon X1300 and is less than a year old in my computer.
When I try to update the driver for my Video Card it says the “the wizard could not find a better match for your hardward than the software you currently have installed.”
Can any one please point in me in the right direction as to what the problem might be?? thx
The wizard? I certainly hope you’re not running a generic MS driver for your video!! Go here and get the correct driver for your card:

I already selected your video card and operating system so simply click the download link and run the installer when it’s finished.
