Sony Vaio Desktop Problems
My Sony VAIO All-In-One Desktop keeps freezing up after I get into my account. Does anyone know what is wrong?
I plug it in and it loads up and I logged into my account. But about 20 more seconds and freezes everything. I know it's not just my mouse and keyboard, because I tried to open some files and the lamp that shows that the computer is looking for the file (which should not be a problem: My Documents) just stops and freezes everything. Flashlight, mouse, keyboard, work. No one can diagnose the problem and how to fix it? Because I can run safe mode and fix things. I am currently defragmentation and remove unnecessary programs, but I doubt that is the problem … Help?
