Sony Vaio Desktop Recovery
Recovery system VGCRB34G a Sony Vaio Desktop PC?
If I ran a system recovery on a Sony Vaio VGCRB34G and put that disk another PC, why not start it? Does the fact that I used the Disk Manufacturer of recovery means establishing the O / S in a way that you feel is install on any PC other than for which it is written, would fail to boot? Also, I connect it as a slave, is not seen in Windows, but is recognized correctly by the BIOS. Granted I know this is not something that should be done, but I was testing the recovery discs to make sure they were good and that was not in the drive.
It wont boot, because none of the drivers of motherboard is loaded into the system of most other recovery discs has a check amount that will detect if it is on another computer and deny access. Even if you are able to install the disk on another computer Windows will close down as it will detect your on another computer and you have to buy and activate through them in any way. Its not the first to experience this
