Why games hang on my pc even modes screen down?
Hi I recently bought a Sony desktop … well when I play games ususally hang and screen freezes suddenly, and the sound is like in a loop … well when the games begin there is no problem and runs smoothly …… thinking about a problem of graphics card … I'm playing well below my settings ,….. Is this some kind of a driver problem? also my desktop is a Sony VAIO VGC-desktop LS37E Please Help …..
It is very likely that something in your system is overheating. This may be the graphics chip. Your best bet in this situation would be to put on a video card if the system has an open PCI Express x16 or an AGP slot. When a logic circuit overheats, it does not work properly and usually reacts in a way that crashes the system. That sounds like a case of overheating of the graphics processor. You also asked if this was a driver problem, try an upgrade and see if help.
