Sony Vaio Vgc-rb30

What kind of graphics card do I have and should get?

I have a Sony Vaio VGC-RB30 and I have whatever the default graphics card is for my computer. From what I understand there are computers which can’t have graphics card inserted into them and I think mine is one of those. If it isn’t what card is great to buy these days? I don’t need a top of the line card but more of something average.
