I need a power supply for my computer, but I do not know what kind. I have a Sony Vaio desktop. Model: VGN-RB42G
I looked at the part factory and costs about $ 250 – $ 350. I was looking for something similar from another manufacturer that was cheaper or more powerful for that price. Thank you.
There are many places to get a replacement power supply. On line, you could try ebay (watch out for scammers there!), Tiger Direct. There are shops sell renewable energy as well. Most of them offer on-line sales as well. Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc. You do not need to get the Sony. Chances are Sony desktop that you have a source of energy that is not a Sony brand. The main things you are looking for power and fans. Good Luck!
