There is no audio when I try to use Windows Media Player, but no sound on youtube can anyone help?
Recently cleared my hard drive and install Windows again and when I try to use Windows Media Player 11 I get an error saying there is a problem with my stereo, but not no sound in videos on the Internet and did install the sound driver on Sony's website I have a Sony Vaio model VGN-RC110G and so can anyone help me with this problem? thanks
Your Windows Media Player is probably damaged, or there is a missing file, you should try to download from here, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1d224714-e238-4e45-8668 -5166114010ca & displaylang = en and re-install the Media Player. Hope this helps.
