Replace the video card in a Dell Inspiron 530?

I have a desktop Dell Inspiron 530. Now it has integrated graphics, so the game is a nightmare. I want to put this video card in it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150395 But in the manual, it says "PCI Express x16 ". I do not know if This means that the PCI Express 2.0 x16 or what. Here is a link to the manual. 0RY007 Dell has a PCI Express x16, then you could use this video card with it. Make sure that you has a reasonable source that can handle the new video card along with the usual computer hardware at the same time though.
